Site plans for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new photograph release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend detailing various areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Additional materials released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
